  1. Select Job Role: Choose from pre-made templates for over 1000 job roles. These templates are designed to save you time and ensure your assessment aligns with the specific requirements of the role.    

  2. Use the Hirenest Test Library: If you prefer, you can create your assessment from scratch using the extensive test library offered by Hirenest. With over 350 tests to choose from, you have a wide range of options to create a customized assessment that suits your needs.

  3. Add Custom Questions: Tailor the assessment to your job description by including custom questions. You can incorporate multiple-choice questions (ABC), single-choice questions, and even essay-type questions. Furthermore, you have the flexibility to assign different point values to each answer option.

  4. Personalize the Cover Section: Make your assessment more engaging by adding a greeting message in the “Cover” section. Additionally, you have the option to include your company logo, further branding the assessment to match your organization’s identity.
